Ballston Spa Public Library is governed by a 5-member Board of Trustees, consisting of representatives from the village of Ballston Spa Public. Trustees serve a 5 year term and are appointed by the mayor of Ballston Spa.

The Board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30, unless otherwise noted. All meetings normally take place at the Library and allow public comment, unless otherwise noted. At the present time Board meetings are held virtually on the Zoom platform. To attend these meetings please email: balweb@sals.edu to obtain an invitation.
